Nothing is predictable anymore and while we all would love a crystal ball to guide us through these disruptive times, companies will have to start taking steps to focus on upskilling, mobility, and retention to future proof their organisation. But is it as easy as that? Would addressing talent / skills shortages force organisations to redesign the way they work?
