RCSA Industry Award Winner for “Excellence in Client Service”

We are very excited to announce that last night we won the award for “Excellence in Client Service” at the RCSA Industry Awards held at Crown Palladium!
Huge congratulations and thank you to all our amazing team. We are very proud to win this award – customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
The judges commented:
Well defined processes and procedures resulting in excellent client outcomes and strong client relationships have given Horner Recruitment the leading edge in this very tightly contested category. Their use of technology to support their multi-faceted approach to client service at all levels of the organisation is impressive.
We were also proud to be a finalist in the “Outstanding Agency – up to 30 Staff” category.
Well done to Hanniel Dalla Rosa, Senior Consultant, for being recognised a finalist for the “2024 Recruitment Professional” award.
