Get a rare insight into what it’s like to work at Australia’s very own particle accelerator. Take a tour of the facility and take the opportunity to talk with staff members about how your skills could be applied at the Synchrotron.

Age Limit: Due to the nature of the facility, attendees of this event must be 18 years of age or older
Agenda:
- 10:00am – 10:30am – Registration and welcome
- 10:30am – 12:00pm – Tour of the facility
- 12:00pm – 1:00pm – Q&A with staff members from various departments within the Synchrotron
Due to the significant expansion of experimental facilities, we are looking to fill the following roles to support and deliver the Bright program:

- Mechanical Technician (Fitter/Turner)
- Apprentice Mechanical Technician
- Senior Electrical Technician
- Plant Technician
- Senior Project Manager
- Metrology Engineer
- Controls Engineer x 3
- Senior Mechanical Engineer
- Network Engineer
- Python Web Application Developer (backend and database)
- Python Scientific Computing Engineer x 3
- DevOps Engineer
