27 August 2024

‘Culture Crunch’

On Thursday 22 August 2024, Horner’s CEO, Kylie Heffernan,  took part in a panel discussion at the RCSA SHAPE Annual Conference in Noosa on the culture challenges the recruitment industry faces and how we respond to these challenges.

The panel discussion session titled ‘Culture Crunch: How culture within our firms is being challenged… & how we can effectively respond’ was hosted by Penny O’Reilly, RCSA President, with co-panelists Maarten Roosenburg and David Stewart.

“This was an incredible opportunity to collaborate with other industry leaders and share our insights on the challenges the industry faces and how we cultivate a positive workplace culture at Horner. I would like to thank the RCSA for the opportunity to be part of this fantastic panel line-up, reinforcing Horner’s position as a leader within the recruitment and staffing industry,” Kylie commented.

The session as an engaging and insightful panel discussion with the open sharing of ideas and experiences from different perspectives.
