DESCRIPTION

Duties:

• Operating and maintaining industrial sewing machines and related parts, including changing needles, threads and bobbins.
• Inspect and repair finished products as required and make machine adjustments to correct any quality issues.
• Troubleshoot basic machinery problems.
• Perform sewing tasks to an appropriate standard while meeting daily production needs.

  Skills & Experience:

• Experience operating industrial sewing machinery or similar equipment is preferred.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time while operating machinery.
• Able to lift products and other items weighing 20kg+.
• Experience carrying out basic machine maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
