About your new role:

We are currently seeking experienced, energetic Production Machine Operators to service a number of our client’s requirements in Somerton, Fawkner and Tullamarine. Opportunities are available to commence ASAP, with the potential for ongoing work that may convert into permanent positions. We have multiple roles available across Day shift. Training will commence across a day shift.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Quality Checks on the production line
• Work in a team environment to bag and pack products
• Start and stop production machinery as required
• Troubleshoot machine errors
• Manual Lifting of up to 20kgs
• Cleaning as required
• Complying with Engineering ISO9002 Quality Assurance System and Food Environmental Policy criteria

Your skills and experience:

• Experience working as a production operator and/or machine operator (essential)
• Understanding and previous experience with GMP
• Own reliable transport
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be flexible and able to perform all productions tasks, including packing
• Great mechanical aptitude with the ability to fault find
• Must be available Monday-Friday
• Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
